You have to start somewhere.

After some creative thoughts and planning, drawings, a material list, and a shopping trip you are ready to go.  The pictures on this page show the basic construction of the Mini Trail and Training Wagon.

As with most things, you have to start with a foundation--something to build on.  I begin with a 2 X 4 wood frame with steel reinforced inner corners.  The floor boards are then cut, edged, and fit to the frame.  The sides, back, and dash come next.  Necessary bracing, seats, trim, thru bolts, etc. are added next.  The construction is similar (according to design) on most wooden wagons and buggies.

When you build them one at a time in this fashion, you can modify and change dimensions and/or designs to accommodate each individual customers' needs or wishes thus making it a true "one of a kind" custom built wagon or buggy.  Pictures like this can be e-mailed  to you periodically while your vehicle is under construction so that you can monitor its progress and direct any changes you might want as things move along.  Much nicer than most "off the shelf-cookie cutter" designs.  You also see what it is you are paying for--nothing hidden--no surprises--what you see is exactly what you get.  Any last minute changes can be made BEFORE you arrive to pick it up or it is shipped to you.

ISN'T IT TIME I BUILT ONE FOR YOU!!!
