Horses are the other side of the business. When not building wagons, time is spent (most mornings and evenings) in the raising and training of my "herd". I am always on the lookout for good prospects and will travel all over to pick up the right prospect. All of the training is done right here at the stables. Professional trainers are at the ready if needed to solve any peculiar "problems". The horses age, appearance, nature, friendliness, and past upbringing are more important to us then a set of registration papers or a long list of genealogy. Although I do have many fully registered horses, it is not the most important criteria I use for selection--especially for driving horses. Driving horses of all sizes and training combined with sound, well broken, bomb-proof trail horses are the stable's specialties. I not only supply the wagon, buggy, shafts, and harnesses. but the complete rig--INCLUDING THE PONY. What a deal! Cruise through our "family" of ponies and horses to see if any of them "fit your fancy". More ponies are in training or just arrived and are not ready for listing at this time. All of my horses have current negative coggins and all necessary vaccinations including West-Nile. They are on a stringent worming schedule.
